This scholarship program is offered through the State of New Jersey. It is administered by NJ Higher Education Student Assistance Authority.
You may be eligible for the STARS II Program at The College of New Jersey if you have successfully completed the STARS Program at your County College. In order to be considered you are required to self-identify to the Scholarship Coordinator in the Financial Aid Office at TCNJ. The phone number is 609-771-3142 and the email is pageauj@tcnj.edu.
You would have to be awarded your Associates Degree during your final semester of STARS funding at the County College. You must graduate with a 3.250 cumulative grade point average and your family adjusted gross income must be less than $250,000. You must file a FAFSA each academic year to be considered as well.
